In August of 2002, Pastry Chef Patti Dellamonica-Bauler returned to the Lark Creek Restaurant Group as Pastry Chef at One Market Restaurant, where six years earlier her pastry career began as a Pastry Cook at both The Lark Creek Inn and One Market Restaurant.  

Following her initial stint with the Lark Creek Restaurant Group       

Dellamonica-Bauler was the proprietor of PattiCakes, a Hollywood pastry catering business and later the Pastry Chef at Wolfgang Puck’s Spago. She returned to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1998 as Pastry Chef at Bistro Don Giovanni in Napa.

The dessert menu at One Market Restaurant is a celebration of the seasons in the Bay Area. Dellamonica-Bauler’s most popular offerings are often made with the freshest of ingredients from the farmers’ market across the street at the Ferry Plaza.

Dellamonica-Bauler lends her considerable talent to a number of charities and has represented the Lark Creek Restaurant Group at benefits for such organizations as the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Project Open Hand and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
