Seventeen-year-old Oliver has been cooking ever since he was tall enough to reach the kitchen counter. He is so passionate about cooking that he is now studying at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. Oliver's wish is to meet Chef Thomas Keller of The French Laundry and cook a meal with him. Oliver told his wish grantors that he loves everything that Keller stands for: high quality and sustainability. To Oliver, Keller is not an Old World chef - he is an artist.
Oliver will be our Wish Ambassador at Wine and Wishes. His wish has been adopted by Betty Crocker.
