Over 65 Arco AM/PM stores throughout the Bay Area will be participating again this year in our All Star wish star program. This will be the sixth year in a row that Arco has committed to this month-long program to help fund wishes for children with life-threatening illnesses. The All Star program runs from July 1 through July 31. Wish stars sell for just $1.00, however customers can donate more if they like. To date individuals, like you, stopping at their local AM/PM stores have donated over $83,000 by purchasing wish stars.   Last year’s top fundraiser, the Orange Avenue store in Vacaville, hopes to do even better this year by topping their donation of $2,100.

“I really can’t say enough about the enthusiasm and dedication of the Arco employees who work so hard to promote and sell our wish stars,” said Janette Kennedy, Make-A-Wish Corporate Development Officer. “Quite a few of the employees know or are related to former wish kids and can attest to the positive difference a wish can make in the life of a seriously ill child. The employees are at the heart of this program.”
